1. Soak around 10g (1/5 pack) of A. Blazei into 4 bowls of water (about 800ml) and leave it overnight (should soak inside fridge during summer), can increase quantity depending on individual needs.

2. The next day, boil the content, and let it boil to a boiling point. (please be careful since it’s easy to spill out when it come to a boiling point.)

3. Adjust to mild fire and boil until liquid content halves. Drink A. Blazei soup as it is, and agaricus can be used for the cooking.

4. Can pour the A. Blazei soup into a storage container and store in the fridge. Drink over within 2 to 3 days (since it’s easy to go bad, drink earlier, and if there’s weird smell, do not consume it.)
